Ticketing & Marketing Set-Up Form
Follow instructions for sending ticketing and marketing information to the Harris Center for your event. Complete online form no later than Monday, April 15, 2019 in order to be included in the Summer Brochure scheduled for release in Summer 2019.
Complete and return to Partners@harriscenter.net so that the Harris Center can provide an estimate of costs and final permit for your event.
Complete for the legal entity (organization or person) that the Harris Center facility use permit is to be issued to; this should be the entity ultimately responsible for any costs incurred and the entity that the event settlement check should be written to if there are funds (from ticket sales or unused deposit) due from the Harris Center after the event (sign and return to Partners@harriscenter.net no later than Monday, April 15, 2019.)

Certificate of Insurance
For $1 million general liability and additional endorsement page (return to Partners@harriscenter.net at least one month prior to event; this is needed to access venue).
