4th Annual High School Entrepreneurs Showcase

The High School Entrepreneurs Showcase is a live, prize-based startup competition featuring high school teams presenting original, tech-focused business ideas. Attendees play an active role by engaging with teams, asking questions, and voting on which startups advance to compete for $10,000 in cash prizes.

Event Format
Trade Show Pitching | 5:00–6:00 PM
Student teams present their startups in a trade show format. Attendees circulate the room, interact with teams, and use voting tokens to “invest” in their favorite ideas. These votes help determine which teams advance.

Finalist Pitch Presentations | 6:15–7:30 PM
The Top 10 teams pitch live on stage before a panel of judges and the audience. Five finalist teams will be selected to receive cash prizes.
Winners Announced | 8:00 PM

Photography & Media Release

By purchasing or securing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, and other media capture may occur throughout the event, including presentations and audience participation.

By attending, you grant Sacramento Venture Philanthropy and Entrepreneurs Club, along with their partners, sponsors, media representatives, contractors, and designees, the irrevocable right and permission to capture, record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and otherwise use your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, audio, and other media, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, archival, public relations, media coverage, and other lawful purposes, in any format or medium now known or later developed, including digital platforms, websites, social media, broadcast, and print materials, worldwide and in perpetuity.

You understand that these materials may be edited, combined with other content, or used in derivative works, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials or their use.

You further acknowledge that no compensation, royalty, or other payment will be provided for the use of such materials and release Sacramento Venture Philanthropy, Entrepreneurs Club, and their respective officers, employees, partners, sponsors, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from or related to the capture or use of such media.

If you are purchasing tickets for or attending with a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and consent to the capture and use of the minor’s likeness, voice, and appearance as described above.

Additional media release forms may be required for student participants and presenters as part of the competition registration process.
