Closure

Based on guidelines from the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced on 3/15/20, all performances at the Harris Center have been cancelled through May 14 (this follows an earlier cancellation of events originally planned for March 12 through March 31.) Event Status

The status of other future events is being considered on a case-by-case basis as more information becomes available. Events that have been cancelled or rescheduled are included in the list below.

Many have asked about how they can support the Harris Center through this trying time; donations are always welcome at www.harriscenter.net/donate. Refunds

The Center will be issuing refunds for cancelled performances. Patrons who purchased tickets by credit card will see a credit appear on their credit card account. Those that purchased with cash or check will receive a check refund via US Mail within 30 days. For additional assistance, email TicketOffice@harriscenter.net or leave a voice message at 916-608-6888. (As part of the Los Rios Community College District's COVID-19 closure, the Harris Center Ticket Office is currently closed to the public, but staff will continue to monitor and respond to email and voicemail as available during this period.) Those who purchased tickets through any source other than the Harris Center should consult their place of purchase for a refund.

We appreciate that you may have questions or requests that you would like to discuss in person. We will continue to monitor email and voicemail during this period. As you can imagine, the Ticket Office is experiencing an increased volume of inquiries due to event cancellations. We are doing all we can to listen and respond, while operating with limited staffing and transitioning to 100% remote operations. Your patience is appreciated!

  • Pending: Processing of refunds will begin soon.
  • In Progress: Processing of refunds is in progress.
  • Complete: All refunds have been processed. Refunds by check may take up to 30 days to arrive via US Mail. Email TicketOffice@harriscenter.net for inquiries.
  • Rescheduled: A rescheduled event date has been confirmed. Click the link for date details or to request a refund.
