The Folsom Concert Association presents “Lizzy & the Triggermen”, the band making vintage music for modern times. Blending retro glamour, powerhouse vocals, and swinging originals, this acclaimed 10-piece swing band transforms our troubles into joyous dance songs that help recharge the spirit the way only a wailing horn section can. At the helm is Lizzy Shaps, a charismatic siren with a searing wit and soaring voice. Their shows are a joyously subversive mixture of vintage gems, showtunes, and swinging originals about everything from gaslighting exes to AI to Lizzy’s internet shopping addiction. But the star power does not stop with Lizzy. It carries through her entire incredible band, a multi-generational lineup of crushers who have played with everyone from Harry Connick Jr. to Benny Goodman. The group has sold out legendary venues, hit number 3 on iTunes Jazz charts, and garnered millions of views on social media.

Founded in 1994, the Folsom Concert Association is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization that brings the gift of music to our region. The organization relies on subscribers, patrons, sponsors, donors, and grants.

Proceeds not only fund the annual concert season but also support three cornerstone programs, including bringing musicians to seniors in residential communities, providing college scholarships to high school students, and refurbishing donated instruments for schools in need.
