The Planets

The Folsom Lake Symphony is pleased to bring you the magnificence of Holst's The Planets. South Korean violinist Ji in Yang will be performing the rousing Symphonie espagnole by Lalo. Ms. Yang regularly appears with ensembles in the United States and all the major orchestras in South Korea, including the KBS Symphony Orchestra and the Bucheon, Suwon, and Ulsan Philharmonic Orchestras. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Juilliard School and graduated from Yale University with an Artist Diploma. Recently she received her Doctorate of Musical Arts degree at City University of New York.  Ms. Yang plays a Petrus Guarnerius violin made in Venice in 1723.
