Macbeth written in blood

FALCON'S EYE THEATRE AT FOLSOM LAKE COLLEGE

WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE'S MACBETH

November 2-18, 2018

The Falcon’s Eye opens its twelfth season with William Shakespeare’s Macbeth. Driven to bloody deeds by their lust for power, Macbeth and his Lady fight to hold on to their sanity and to each other by any means necessary. Shakespeare’s tragedy is an unrelenting examination of the dark side of humanity. Advisory: This production contains mature content and simulated violence. May not be suitable for children age 13 or younger.

The Falcon's Eye Theatre is the production arm of the Department of Theatre and Cinema Arts at Folsom Lake College. The Sacramento News & Review praised last season's production of Marat/Sade for "...an amazingly creative and all-encompassing theatrical experience, enhanced by imaginative sets, costumes and lighting..." In their own words, "we love to create provocative theatre that looks into what it means to be alive and how we manage to live together...to provide you with insightful theatre that brings new perspectives to your life."
