Purchasing Tickets from Other Vendors
Since the Harris Center does not control sales by outside vendors, complaints with tickets purchased from a source other than the Harris Center Ticket Office must be directed to the vendor where the ticket was purchased.
The Harris Center Ticket Office provides you with the highest level of customer service by phone at 916-608-6888, in person at 10 College Parkway in Folsom, or online at www.HarrisCenter.net. If you purchase tickets from another source, you are not buying your ticket directly from Harris Center for the Arts.
Partners of Harris Center performing groups do have the option of selling their own tickets. In the case of these outside sales, we cannot control the prices or fees someone else may charge for tickets, nor can we provide redress if you encounter a problem with your tickets.
In California, reselling legitimate tickets is legal (even at a higher price than the face value of the ticket.) Tickets sold by resellers or brokers, including many online websites, often have substantial service fees and/or markup to the original price, resulting in prices that are significantly higher than face value. If you purchase your tickets from anyone other than the Harris Center Ticket Office, please check the seller's credibility and examine tickets carefully for authenticity.
